Shipping

We have a flat rate P&P cost of £10 on all orders up to 20kg in weight (it is possible to get a good assortment of plants for this), this is a Parcelforce 24h delivery & we take care to pack the plants well to arrive in the best condition possible.

Surcharges to Scottish highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight  & Isles of Scilly extra costs may apply. We will contact you about this prior to sending your items (Feel free to contact us to discuss beforehand if you wish)

Dispatch

Most orders are generally dispatched on Monday/Tuesday, occasionally we make a mid week dispatch on a Thursday. Our aim is to avoid any weekend/ bank holiday delays, furthermore we may choose to delay slightly during unfavourable weather conditions (such as snow & ice) as further delays are possible.

 

Northern Ireland, Europe & Rest of World now require a phytosanitary certificate with each consignment from the U.K. at extra cost to the customer  We are happy to quote and arrange for this as necessary on larger orders only.

Local Delivery

We can deliver locally by our own transport, this is free for a 5 mile radius with orders in excess of £15.  Please call or email if you have any queries.  We also have a click & collect service available as 'Local Pick Up'.
